Hot Heels combines the sensuality of Heels dance with the funk groove of Street Jazz for one seriously fierce dance class!
Boost your balance and alignment while learning to effectively shift your weight to feel more confident dancing in heels. At the same time, get grounded and connect with the hip-hop and pop music vibes from the inside out! Think equal parts movement technique and sexy dance party vibes.
Prepare to sweat!
This is a one-off workshop to for to have fun and get familiar with this new offering. If you prefer a longer series and more in-depth experience, check out our 6 week Hot Heels Group Choreo series!
Level: All levels are welcome, but this is not recommended as your first dance class!
What to wear: Clothing you feel comfortable moving in and heels!

Christine Sampson was Born and raised in Swedesboro, NJ, where she began dancing since the age of 3. She began at a local studio, where she learned all dance styles. in 1997, she was accepted at the Southern New Jersey Academy of Performing Arts. In 2005, she graduated from Rutgers University with a BFA in Dance from the Mason Gross School of the Arts.
She performed in MGSA's dance co; DanceWorks, and had the privilege to dance in guest artist' Doug Varone's works "Bench Quartet."She performed for various faculty and students' shows in her college career. After college, she danced for the NJ Nets Dance team in 2006-07. She has been featured in Ugly Betty, "The Other Woman," Spike TV, Extra with Mario Lopez, Epix TV, Comcast on Demand, the Today Show, and BET. She has also done various national and international tours; The Gap, Inc. Holiday Cross Country Tour, NBA All-Star Games, NBA Europe Live, NBA China Games, WNBA London Live, NBA London Live and other live performances. In addition, Christine has performed with artists, Flo-rida, Pitbull, Kevin Rudolph, Shakira, Rhianna, Ryan Leslie, Tiffany Evans, Ludacris, B.O.B, Juicy J, and Bruno Mars. Currently, she started her own company, Rock Roulette Productions, performs with Adrianna Poindexter’s company HotDamn, and continues to grow as an artist performing and teaching.
