Part movement, part transformation — Showgirl 101 invites you to embody your most magnetic, confident self.
Through classic showgirl drills, heels training, stage presence exercises, and bump-and-grind basics, you’ll learn how to move with intention, power, and allure. Designed for all experience levels, this class blends the technique of burlesque with the timeless elegance of cabaret — celebrating confidence, sensuality, and the art of commanding the room.
All gender identities, bodies, and movement levels welcome and encouraged to join!

Comfy clothing you can move in.
Shoes: Heels are recommended, but not required.
