What is Burlesque Dance Fitness? 

Think badasss burlesque moves with a fitness flair! Equal parts sexy and sweaty, this class incorporates cardio, strength, and stretch for a fun well rounded workout. You will flow between high energy shimmy-shakes and sultry slow burn (literally) grinds and more!

Come for the cardio infused burlesquery, but stay for the squats and core work on the mat! Ginger will take care of you with a lengthy stretch at the end of class. In true burlesque fashion, we want you to come and feel amazing while taking up space, being YOU, and letting the endorphins flow!

Modifications will be offered and welcomed so all can enjoy.

No experience necessary!

What to wear? Comfortable and breathable clothing you can move in (i.e. leggings and tanks) and sneakers.

No heels needed for this class!

Ginger Leigh is thrilled to combine her lifetime of dance experience, 17 years as a burlesque performer, and 10+ years working in fitness for a fun and freeing experience.
